Karachi, Soneri Bank Limited (SNBLTFC4) has raised Rs. 4 billion through the issuance of Tier-II Term Finance Certificates (TFCs). These TFCs, with a face value of Rs. 100,000 each, have a tenor of 10 years and will pay the next coupon on 26-Dec-2023. This move is expected to strengthen the bank's capital base and support its long-term financial stability.
