Karachi: The Alfalah GHP Income Multiplier Fund, with no change in its offer and redemption prices, has announced a 5.44% distribution for 2023. The fund had distributed Rs. 2.6124 per unit in the previous year. The financial year concludes in June and the fund was listed in 2007.
