Karachi: In accordance with section 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, Shifa International Hospitals Limited has disclosed that Mr. Muhammad Zahid, one of the company's Directors, has sold 20,000 shares of the company that were registered in his name. The transaction details indicate that the sale occurred on November 3, 2023, with each share being sold at an average price of Rs. 120.00. The shares were in electronic (CDC) form and were sold through the stock market.
