Karachi: The Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Hassan Mehmood Yousufzai as a new member of its Board of Directors. Effective from November 08, 2023, Mr. Yousufzai, who is currently serving as the Additional Secretary (Policy) for the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), will be replacing Mr. Abrar Ahmed Mirza, the former holder of the position. The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has been notified to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of this change.
