Karachi, (PPI Bot): Dewan Cement (DCL) recorded substantial trading activity in the Pakistan Stock Exchange on the closing session of 23 November 2023. The company’s stock opened at PKR 7.08 and closed at PKR 7.24, showing a positive movement. The lowest and highest stock prices for the day were recorded at PKR 6.9 and PKR 6.99, respectively. A significant volume of 2,675,500 shares was traded, with the closing price settling at PKR 7.05.
In addition to its regular shares, Dewan Cement’s future contracts also experienced trading. The DCL-DEC contract, pertaining to December, opened at PKR 7.29 and closed at PKR 7.39. This contract registered a low of PKR 7.09 and a high of PKR 7.12, with 264,500 shares being traded, closing at PKR 7.19.
The DCL-JAN contract, representing January, indicated a high of PKR 7.31 and a closing price of PKR 7.38. However, this contract did not see any shares being traded during the session.
Moreover, the DCL-NOV contract, for November, opened at PKR 7 and closed at PKR 7.2. The day’s low and high for this contract were PKR 6.8 and PKR 6.98, respectively, with a total of 168,000 shares traded, closing at PKR 7.04.
