Karachi, Leather Up Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for April 22, 2024, in Karachi. The main agenda for this meeting is to review the company's quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024, and to consider the declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d), Leather Up Limited has also announced a closed period from April 15 to April 22, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to buy or sell company shares, either directly or indirectly.
