Kohat, Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited, in a recent board meeting on April 22, 2024, has decided to proceed with the sale of a significant portion of its old machinery. The decision is pending approval at the forthcoming general meeting. The Executive Director Technical and Chief Financial Officer have been tasked with overseeing the necessary arrangements for this sale.

Additionally, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is set to be convened to seek the members' approval for the sale. The EGM will take place at the company's registered office in Habibabad, Kohat on May 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM.

The company also announced that its Share Transfer Books will be closed from May 9, 2024, to May 17, 2024, inclusive. Share transfers received at the Share Registrar Office, Vision Consulting Limited in Lahore by the close of business on May 8, 2024, will be eligible for attending and voting at the EGM.
