This revision is due to the announcement of book closure dates by these companies, necessitating changes to previously notified schedules.
For May and June, the trading and settlement for contracts listed as MAY and JUN on a cum-benefit basis will open on February 26, 2024, and April 1, 2024, respectively, both on a Monday, and will close on May 3, 2024, a Friday. Settlements for these contracts will take place on May 7, 2024, a Tuesday.
Additionally, there are revisions for the contracts identified as MAYB and JUNB, which will trade without the entitlement of benefits. These contracts will open on April 29, 2024, a Monday, with the MAYB contract closing on May 31, 2024, a Friday, and the JUNB contract closing on June 28, 2024, also a Friday. The settlements for MAYB and JUNB are scheduled for June 4, 2024, and July 2, 2024, respectively, both on a Tuesday.
The rollover period for the affected securities will span four trading days, from April 29, 2024, to May 3, 2024. PSX has further noted that it retains the right to alter these dates or adjust the contract terms as necessary to accommodate any future changes in the market or regulatory environment.
