Karachi, The Board of Directors of Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited has declared an Interim Cash Dividend (D-23) of Rs. 2.50 per share, equivalent to 25% of the share value, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. This decision was made during their meeting on April 25, 2024. The dividend will be payable to shareholders listed in the Register of Members as of May 08, 2024.

Additionally, the Bank's Share Transfer Books will remain closed from May 09, 2024, to May 13, 2024, to facilitate the dividend process. Transfers finalized by the end of business on May 08 at the Bank's Share Registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited in Karachi will be eligible for the dividend.
