Karachi, The United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited has credited the final cash dividend for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share, which is 10% of the par value, has been electronically transferred to shareholders who provided valid 24-digit IBAN numbers and CNIC details.

Shareholders who have not updated their bank account details or provided valid identification have had their dividends withheld in line with the Companies Act of 2017 and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.
