Karachi, According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited has credited an interim cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024. The dividend, amounting to Rs 0.50 per share or 5%, was electronically transferred into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who provided their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
The company complied with the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution of Dividend) Regulations, 2017, by withholding the dividend of shareholders who failed to submit valid CNICs and complete bank details. Shareholders who have not yet complied are urged to complete the "Electronic Credit Bank Mandate Form" available on the company’s website. They must send this form, signed and accompanied by a copy of a valid CNIC/NTN, to their respective CDC participant or CDC Investor Account Services, or directly to the company’s Share Registrar, M/s. FAM CO Share Registration Services (Pvt) Ltd, located at 8-F, near Hotel Faran, Nursery Block-6, PECHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
The notice regarding the dividend credit is scheduled for publication in newspapers on 14 May 2024, as a preliminary step to full disclosure.
