Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has officially scheduled the commencement of trading for the Unpaid Rights of KSB Pumps Company Limited starting July 18, 2024. This announcement follows the approval detailed in notice no. PSX/N – 618 dated July 3, 2024. The settlement for these trades is slated for July 22, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited ("CDC") has recognized the Unpaid Rights of the Company as eligible security. Furthermore, all transactions related to these rights will be processed through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited ("NCCPL"), which has assigned the security symbol “KSBPR” to these rights.

This initiation of trading in the Unpaid Rights is a significant step for KSB Pumps Company Limited, allowing shareholders to engage with these securities on the established market platform.
