Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today announced the recovery of previously reported lost share certificates belonging to Mr. Abdul Aziz Shaikh of Karachi. These certificates were initially declared missing, leading to a cautionary halt on their trading.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the certificates were located and are now back in the possession of Mr. Shaikh, who resides at B-34, Gawalior Society, Scheme No. 33, Gulzar-e-Hijr in Karachi. The details of the recovered certificates include Folio No. S006300, with distinctive numbers ranging from 829725433 to 829725487 and 2172807428 to 2172807642, and Certificate Nos. 55 and 215, representing a total of 126,040 and 215 shares, respectively.

The exchange has notified its members that the certificates can now be dealt with in the normal course of trading. This resolution comes as a relief to Mr. Shaikh and maintains the integrity of the trading system.
