Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has reported unusual trading volumes in the shares of Advanceon Limited ("AVN"), prompting a regulatory inquiry under the Securities Act, 2025 and PSX Regulation 5.6.3. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the anomaly was detected in recent trading sessions, leading to heightened oversight.

Under the stipulations of Section 97 of the Securities Act and clause 5.6.3 of the PSX Regulations, Advanceon Limited is required to promptly address the public regarding this unusual activity. The company must either provide details of any developments that could have influenced these movements or confirm the absence of any such information.

The regulation ensures transparency in the securities market, mandating listed companies like AVN to maintain open communication with investors about significant fluctuations in share prices or volumes. This measure aims to safeguard investor interests and uphold market integrity.
