Karachi: A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hascol Petroleum Limited is scheduled to be held on 01 August 2024 at the corporate office in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the financial statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a closed period will commence from 25 July 2024 and will continue until the announcement of the financial results. During this period, directors, the chief executive officer, and other executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly in the shares of the company.

The company has advised Certificate Holders of the Exchange to be apprised of these developments.
