Lahore: Agritech Limited has reappointed Mr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhri as Chairman and Mr. Muhammad Faisal Muzammil as Chief Executive Officer, following a board meeting held on August 1, 2024, at the company's registered office and via video link. These appointments take effect retroactively from July 22, 2024.

During the meeting, which was not centered on financial results, the board of directors underwent an election process. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the election led to the reappointment of the company’s key executive leadership. The Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been duly informed about these developments.
