Karachi: Meezan Bank Limited has announced it will host a Corporate Briefing Session (CBS) on August 16, 2024, via Zoom, to discuss its financial results for the half year ended June 30, 2024, and to outline its future financial strategies. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the session aims to provide shareholders, investors, and analysts with detailed insights into the bank's performance and prospects.

The CBS is set in compliance with the PSX Notice No. PSX/N-1120 dated November 2, 2023, which mandates listed companies to hold such sessions. This virtual meeting requires pre-registration, and only those who have successfully registered will be granted access to the event. Interested participants must send an email to [email protected] with their details, including name, CNIC number, folio number, contact number, and email address by noon, August 15, 2024.

The registration process is designed to ensure that all participants are duly verified and listed in the bank's records. On the day of the CBS, the login facility will open at 04:45 p.m., with the session scheduled to commence sharply thereafter.

In preparation for the CBS, Meezan Bank will upload the necessary presentation materials in advance to facilitate a comprehensive discussion during the session. The bank also urges certificate holders of the exchange to inform their networks about the upcoming event, ensuring robust participation and engagement from the community.
