Karachi: Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on August 20, 2024, to review and approve the company's un-audited financial statements for the second quarter and first half of the year, which ended on June 30, 2024.

The meeting, scheduled to take place in Karachi, is in compliance with Regulation No. 5.9.2 of the Rule book of Pakistan Stock Exchange. The agenda for this gathering will focus primarily on the financial performances of the past six months.

Furthermore, the company has initiated a "Closed Period" from August 14, 2024, to August 20, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, aligning with the regulatory requirements specified under section 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
