Karachi: EFU General Insurance Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors' meeting for August 23, 2024, to review and approve the company's financial statements for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024. The meeting will be held in Karachi and will also be accessible via video link.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also announced a "Closed period" starting from August 16, 2024, until the day of the meeting, August 23, 2024.
