Karachi: JS Investments Limited has declared a final cash dividend for the JS Momentum Factor ETF (JSMFETF) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this decision was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting on August 20, 2024, conducted via the Zoom application and at the company's registered office.

The designated market category for this announcement is finance and investment. The final dividend has been set at Rs. 5.00 per share, amounting to a 50.00% payout. This is in addition to the dividend previously distributed at Rs. 5.36 per share, equivalent to 53.60%. Unit holders whose names are on the register as of August 28, 2024, will be eligible for this dividend.

Furthermore, the Share Transfer Books of the Fund will remain closed from August 29, 2024, to September 2, 2024, inclusive. Transfer requests received at the registered office by the close of business on August 28, 2024, will be processed in time for determining the entitlements to the dividend.
