Karachi: Haleon Pakistan Limited has announced a series of share disposals by its executive, Mr. Babar Sharif, according to the details filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). These transactions, conducted over a period from September 13 to September 16, 2024, involved a cumulative sale of 300 shares, highlighting significant trading activity by a key company insider.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Babar Sharif executed three separate sales transactions involving Haleon Pakistan shares, all through the Central Depository Company (CDC). The transactions on September 13 comprised the sale of 16 shares at a rate of 472 PKR per share, and 134 shares at a rate of 467.25 PKR per share. A subsequent transaction on September 16 involved 150 shares sold at 475 PKR each. The shares were sold at varying prices, reflecting the stock's trading volatility within this period.

The company has indicated that these transactions will be reviewed in the forthcoming board meeting. The board will assess compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4, which mandates disclosure of insider transactions. The disclosure also noted Mr. Sharif's remaining cumulative shareholding after these transactions, which decreased significantly to zero by September 16.
