Goodluck Industries Announces 54th Annual General Meeting

Karachi: Goodluck Industries Limited has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 16, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., to be held at Plot No. 5-49/A, S.I.T.E, Mauripur Road, Karachi. This meeting marks a pivotal event as shareholders convene to review annual results and make critical decisions about the company’s future.

The AGM will address several key items on the agenda, including the confirmation of minutes from the previous year’s meeting held on October 14, 2023. Shareholders will also receive, consider, and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, accompanied by reports from the Directors and Auditors.
