Lahore: Millat Tractors Limited has announced that its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 18, 2024, at noon at its registered office located on Sheikhupura Road, Shahdara, Lahore, and through video conferencing. This meeting aims to review the past year’s activities, confirm previous meetings' minutes, adopt financial statements, and make crucial decisions regarding dividends and auditors.

The agenda for the AGM includes confirming the minutes of the 60th AGM held on October 26, 2023, and an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 15, 2024. Attendees will also receive, consider, and adopt the financial statements of the company and its group for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2024, along with reports from the Chairman, Directors, and Auditors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a significant item on the agenda is the approval of a substantial interim dividend of Rs. 25.00 per share, translating to a 250% dividend, which has already been paid to shareholders.

Furthermore, the shareholders will appoint auditors for the upcoming fiscal year. M/s. A.F. Ferguson and Co., Chartered Accountants, are nominated to continue in their role, with their remuneration to be fixed during the meeting.
