Leiner Pak Gelatine Shareholder Reports Significant Loss of Share Certificates

Karachi: Leiner Pak Gelatine Limited has been notified about a substantial loss of share certificates by shareholder Mrs. Navara Aamir. The notification details the loss of sixteen share certificates, representing a total of 1,600 shares, under folio number 945.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the certificates in question, numbered from 28806 to 28821, encompass distinctive numbers 3361756 to 3363355. In response to the loss, Mrs. Aamir has provided the company with an indemnity claim for the missing certificates.

Leiner Pak Gelatine has stated that if no claims against these certificates are filed within seven days following the announcement circulated by the PSX, duplicate share certificates will be issued to Mrs. Aamir. This process is part of the standard procedure aimed at protecting shareholder rights and ensuring the integrity of the trading system.
