Karachi: Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has scheduled a crucial board meeting for October 4, 2024, to deliberate on the annual accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and to consider any potential entitlements for shareholders.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting aims to finalize and endorse the financial results and strategize about the distribution of profits, if any, to the shareholders. In conjunction with this upcoming meeting, PNSC has instituted a "Closed Period" from September 28 to October 4, 2024, adhering strictly to the PSX Regulations under Clause 5.6.1.(d).
