Rawalpindi: Murree Brewery Co. Ltd., one of Pakistan's oldest and most prominent breweries, announced its 157th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 25, 2024. The meeting, scheduled at the company’s registered office in Rawalpindi, will discuss several key points including the adoption of the annual financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024.

The company has declared a substantial final cash dividend of 150% per share, in addition to the interim dividends totaling 255%. This decision brings the total dividend for the fiscal year to an impressive 405%. According to the notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, these dividends were already declared and paid to shareholders, reflecting a robust financial performance.
