Lahore: Khalid Siraj Textile Mills Limited has postponed its scheduled board meeting, which was to focus on the approval of annual financial reports and setting the date and time for the annual general meeting for the year ended June 30, 2024. The meeting was initially set for October 03, 2024, at the company's registered office located at Lahore.

The postponement is due to the unavailability of the Chief Executive Officer and the absence of two directors who are out of the country receiving medical treatment. The company has stated that the next date for the meeting will be announced upon their return.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the delay in the board meeting could impact the timely disclosure of financial results to TRE Certificate Holders and other stakeholders, as the company navigates through its executive team's unavailability.

The company will notify TRE Certificate Holders of the new schedule once it is determined.
