Karachi: Artistic Denim Mills Limited has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 25, 2024, at Karachi's Korangi Industrial Area. The meeting aims to address key financial adjustments and operational strategies moving forward.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the AGM will focus on reviewing the audited financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2024. Shareholders will be presented with the company's financial outcomes, which include the adoption of these statements and a subsequent audit report.

The board will propose a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share, equating to 10% of the profit for the financial year 2023-24. This dividend recommendation comes as part of the company’s commitment to maintaining a steady return to its shareholders amidst market fluctuations.
