Lahore: Treet Battery Limited has announced it will conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The meeting is set for October 28, 2024, at Lahore. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the agenda includes the confirmation of the previous AGM's minutes, the adoption of the annual audited financial statements along with the Directors’ and Auditors’ reports, and the reappointment of the external auditors.

On October 4, 2024, the company released a notice outlining the details of the meeting, stating that M/S Rahman Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq & Co., Chartered Accountants, have offered themselves for re-appointment. Shareholders will also consider and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024.

The share transfer books of Treet Battery Limited will remain closed from October 22 to October 28, 2024, to facilitate the preparation for the AGM. Share transfers received by the close of business on October 21 will be treated in time for entitlement to attend the meeting.
