BRR Guardian Limited Schedules 2nd Annual General Meeting in Karachi

Karachi: BRR Guardian Limited has announced its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 28, 2024, at the BRR Tower Hassan Ali Street, Karachi. The meeting is set to review the company’s financials and strategic directions, including the approval of dividends and the appointment of auditors.

The agenda for the AGM includes confirming the minutes of the last General Meeting, receiving and adopting the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, along with the Directors' and Auditors' reports. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these documents highlight the company’s performance and strategic initiatives over the past fiscal year.
