Peshawar: Kohat Textile Mills Limited has announced that its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 25, 2024, in Peshawar, as stated in a notice circulated among the TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The AGM is scheduled to confirm the minutes of the last meeting held on October 27, 2023. It will also focus on the adoption of the annual audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, along with the Directors' and Auditors' Reports.

A key agenda item includes the approval of a 10% cash dividend, which translates to Re. 1 per share, as recommended by the Board of Directors for the year concluded on June 30, 2024.

Moreover, the meeting will address the reappointment of the current auditors, M/s. Shinewing Hameed Chaudhri & Co., Chartered Accountants, for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The Board, following the Audit Committee’s recommendation and after receiving consent from the auditors, has proposed their reappointment.
