LAHORE: Hamid Textile Mills Limited is set to hold its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 25, 2024, in Lahore. This meeting is poised to discuss several critical resolutions that could impact the company's future operations and governance.

The AGM will open with the confirmation of the minutes from the 36th Annual General Meeting, which took place on October 26, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders are also expected to receive, consider, and adopt the company's audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024.
