Karachi: Trust Securities and Brokerage Ltd has announced that its Share Transfer Book will remain closed from October 27 to November 01, 2024 (both days inclusive), according to a notice released on October 07, 2024.

In compliance with regulatory guidelines, the company has indicated that any member wishing to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the upcoming general meeting must submit the required form to the company, duly signed, before the meeting's commencement. Furthermore, the notice specifies that any individual benefiting from the proxy arrangement will be required to present valid identification, such as a CNIC or passport, along with the necessary signatures of shareholders as attested in the proxy form.

The annual report of the company will be made available on the company’s official website, providing shareholders access to key financial and operational details. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the circulation of the annual report is in line with Section 223 of the Companies Act, 2017, which mandates the online publication and availability of reports before general meetings.
