Tri-Star Mutual Fund Sets Date for 32nd Annual General Meeting

Karachi: Tri-Star Mutual Fund Ltd. has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 28, 2024, to be held at Karachi. The agenda includes the recitation from the Holy Quran, adoption of audited financial accounts for the period ending June 30, 2024, approval of a 10% cash dividend, and the appointment of auditors with agreed remuneration.

The meeting will begin with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a review and adoption of the audited accounts as well as the directors’ and auditors' reports for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. The board has recommended a dividend payment of Rs. 1.00 per share, equating to a 10% payout. There will also be discussions to appoint and set the remuneration for the company’s auditors.

In addition, the company will close its share transfer books from October 25, 2024, to November 6, 2024, inclusive. Members are urged to update any changes in their address with the Shares Registrar immediately to ensure all communications are received promptly. The audited financial statements have also been made available on the company's website for review by shareholders.
