Karachi: Gillette Pakistan Limited announced that its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convened on October 28, 2024, at Karachi.

The agenda for the upcoming AGM includes several key items. The first order of business will be to confirm the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting that took place on June 24, 2024. This will be followed by a review and adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2024. These documents include the reports from both the directors and auditors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), another significant point on the agenda will be the appointment of the company’s auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The current auditors, M/s. Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, have completed their term but are eligible for reappointment. Their remuneration will also be discussed and fixed during the meeting.

The AGM will also entertain any other business that may arise, with the permission of the Chair.
