Lahore: Bunny’s Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders scheduled on 28 October 2024. The meeting will take place at Lahore and will also be accessible via video link.
The agenda for the AGM includes receiving and considering the Chairperson’s Review Report, the Report of Directors, and the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year that concluded on 30 June 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), another key item on the agenda is the appointment and remuneration of the company’s auditors. The members have been informed that the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors recommend the re-appointment of the retiring auditors M/s Aslam Malik and Co., Chartered Accountants.
