Karachi: The UBL Pakistan Enterprise Exchange Traded Fund (UBLPETF) has appointed Mr. Mubeen Ashraf as the new Company Secretary, effective from 01 October 2024. Mr. Ashraf will be taking over from Mr. Muhammad Zuhair Abbas.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the change in the administrative role within the UBLPETF marks a notable transition for the ETF as it continues to navigate through the trading environment. The appointment is expected to be officially communicated to all TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.

Mr. Ashraf's new role as Company Secretary will involve overseeing regulatory compliance and maintaining effective records for UBLPETF. The management anticipates a seamless transition given his background and familiarity with the ETF's operational framework.
