Lahore: Stylers International Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 28, 2024, where it will present audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, and propose the final cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company plans to discuss and adopt the annual audited financial statements accompanied by the Chairman’s, Directors’, and Auditors’ reports. These documents have been made accessible on the company’s website and are available for shareholder review in preparation for the AGM.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Stylers International proposes a final cash dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share, which accounts for a 7.5% dividend rate for the fiscal year. This is in addition to the interim cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share already distributed for the second quarter ended December 31, 2023, bringing the total cash distribution to Rs. 1.75 per share for the year.
Furthermore, the AGM agenda includes the appointment of auditors for the financial year 2024-2025. The company seeks to finalize their selection and establish the remuneration for their services during the meeting.
The AGM will be conducted both in person at the registered office in Lahore and via video conferencing to facilitate participation from all registered members.
