Rawalpindi: In a significant corporate governance event, Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has officially appointed a new slate of directors for a three-year term starting 9th October 2024. This decision was finalized during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held at the company's head office in Rawalpindi on 8th October 2024.
The EGM saw the election of twelve directors including notable figures such as Lt Gen Anwar Ali Hyder (Retd) and Syed Bakhtiyar Kazmi.
