Lahore: Kohinoor Spinning Mills Limited has announced plans to hold its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 28, 2024, at its main office in Lahore, Pakistan. The AGM will address key financial and operational matters, including the adoption of the latest audited financial statements and the appointment of new auditors.

Scheduled at Lahore, the meeting will focus primarily on the company’s performance for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. Attendees will review the audited financial results along with reports from the company directors and auditors.
