National Investment Trust Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Review Quarterly Financial Statements

Karachi: National Investment Trust Limited (NITL) has announced a scheduled Board of Directors meeting on October 15, 2024. The primary agenda for this assembly is to consider and approve the un-audited condensed interim financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. This review will cover a range of NIT funds, underscoring the company's commitment to transparent and timely financial oversight.

The meeting will focus on the financial performance of nine distinct funds managed by NITL. These include the National Investment (Unit) Trust Fund, NIT-Islamic Equity Fund, NIT-Government Bond Fund, NIT-Income Fund, NIT-Money Market Fund, NIT-Islamic Income Fund, NIT Pakistan Gateway Exchange Traded Fund, NIT-Asset Allocation Fund, and the NIT-Islamic Money Market Fund. Additionally, the NIT-Social Impact Fund will also be evaluated, which reflects NITL's engagement in socially responsible investing.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the outcomes of this meeting are crucial as they will provide investors and stakeholders with insights into the funds’ performances and strategic directions.
