KARACHI: The Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited confirmed the approval of audited accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and the appointment of new external auditors during its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 11, 2024, at its registered office in Karachi.
During the AGM, resolutions were passed to adopt the audited financial statements along with the directors’ and auditors’ reports. The company, in a move to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements, also confirmed the minutes from a previous extraordinary general meeting held on April 24, 2024, in Islamabad.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Saudi Pak Leasing has selected UHY Hassan Naeem and Co., Chartered Accountants, as their external auditors for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The board of directors, with a majority vote, agreed on the remuneration for the newly appointed auditors, ensuring governance and transparency in financial reporting.
The company’s secretary concluded the meeting with a vote of thanks to the chair, signaling the end of official proceedings without any additional items on the agenda.
