Karachi: In a recent notification addressed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Famco Share Registration Services announced the loss of a share certificate belonging to Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the lost certificate, bearing number 75743 and corresponding to 500 shares, was reported missing as of October 3, 2024.

The document specified the shareholder as Fiaz Ahmed of Satellite Town, Gujranwala, with distinctive numbers 49287583 and 492876372. Famco has alerted the PSX and its participants, urging them to refrain from transacting these shares. A grace period of 7 days from the publication of this notice has been established, during which any objections to the issuance of a duplicate certificate can be filed.

Should there be no objections, Famco will proceed to issue a duplicate certificate to ensure the shareholder retains uninterrupted ownership rights. This measure ensures regulatory compliance and safeguards shareholder interests, maintaining market integrity.
