Karachi: Lalpir Power Limited has announced that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of its shareholders on November 14, 2024. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Lahore.

The notice of the EOGM was attached in reference to the company’s earlier communication dated October 14, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), all relevant stakeholders have been requested to circulate the notice to ensure it reaches the intended recipients.

The purpose of the EOGM is to address issues pertinent to shareholders and the ongoing management of Lalpir Power Limited.
