Islamabad: Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited announced a leadership change with the resignation of Mr. Usman Zahur from his position as Non-Executive Director, effective October 16, 2024. His resignation has been accepted by the company, and as part of the succession plan, Mr. Nasir Mahmood Khan Khosa has been appointed as the new Non-Executive Director. His appointment will take effect from October 17, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company communicated this change to the relevant authorities and stakeholders. The Pakistan Tobacco Company has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed accordingly.
