Karachi: Atlas Insurance Limited has announced a board meeting scheduled for October 29, 2024, to review its unaudited financial statements for the nine months ending September 30, 2024. The meeting will be held at Karachi, with an option for members to join via video link.

The purpose of the upcoming meeting is to deliberate on the financial performance of the company from January to September 2024. This session is pivotal as it will guide the company's strategic decisions moving forward.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Atlas Insurance has also declared a closed period from October 22 to October 29, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive shall directly or indirectly deal in shares of the company, as mandated under Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Rule Book.

Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, are advised to take note of these dates and the trading restrictions imposed during the closed period.
