DS Industries Announces Share Inheritance Transactions by Top Executives

Karachi: Executives at DS Industries Limited have recently acquired shares through inheritance, as detailed in a recent disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. According to the document dated October 22, 2024, these transactions involve several key figures within the company, aligning with PSX regulation 5.6.4.

Rehana Pervez Ahmed, a non-executive director at DS Industries, inherited 101.64 million shares, bringing her cumulative shareholding to 650.97 million shares, which constitutes 7.78% of the company. Ayesha Ahmed Mansoor, another non-executive director, received 101.64 million shares, now holding a total of 112.03 million shares or 1.34% of the company.

Executive directors were also part of the inheritance transactions. Ali Pervez Ahmed received 203.28 million shares, now owning 580.80 million shares, accounting for 6.94% of DS Industries. Hassan Ibrahim Ahmed and Suleman Ahmed each inherited 203.28 million shares. Hassan's total holdings have reached 222.46 million shares (2.66%), while Suleman holds 300.25 million shares, representing 3.59% of the company.
