Rawalpindi: Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has scheduled its 229th Board of Directors meeting for October 28, 2024, at Rawalpindi. The primary agenda for this meeting will be to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024.

During the meeting, board members will review financial performances and make crucial decisions regarding the company's future operations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from October 22 to October 28, 2024. As stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book, no director, CEO, or executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company during this period.

Furthermore, the company has advised informing the Trading Right Entitlement (TRE) Certificate holders of the exchange accordingly. This decision aligns with the regulatory requirements to ensure transparency and fairness in handling insider information.
