Lahore: Nimir Resins Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on October 29, 2024, in Lahore and via video link, to discuss and potentially approve the un-audited financial statements for the first quarter ending September 30, 2024, and to decide on any entitlement declarations.

The company also declared a Closed Period from October 23, 2024, to October 29, 2024, as mandated under Clause 5.6.1 (d) and 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the results, along with other relevant disclosures, will be communicated on October 30, 2024. The TRE certificate holders of the Exchange have been advised to note these developments accordingly.
