Lahore: The National Silk and Rayon Mills Limited has announced its 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 28, 2024, in Lahore. The main agenda includes the adoption of the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

Shareholders will be presented with the Chairman's Review Report, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report, integral to providing a comprehensive overview of the company's performance over the past year. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the AGM will also address the reappointment of the company's auditors. M/s. Riaz Ahmad and Company, Chartered Accountants, are set to continue their tenure, having been endorsed by both the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
